WHERE TO MEET: Please meet us near the playground behind the church. Look for the strollers and your instructor wearing a FIT4MOM shirt.

WHAT TO BRING: Please bring a yoga mat and water, in addition to any kind of stroller or baby-wearing device for your little one.

PLAY DATES: Our FREE play date is offered every Wednesday immediately after class at 10:30am. Please register in advance so that we make sure to have enough materials. :)

WHEN ARE CLASSES OFFERED: We offer morning, late morning and evening classes in West Ashley (Savannah Hwy location).
